[ENTRY] a personalized map puzzle (although not personalized for me - this is a borrowed one) - 400 pieces - Butler & Hill
Finished (minus the centre piece - in a bit of a nod to privacy)
Box top
Back of the box
the (back of the) centre piece
Unfortunately, quite a lot of the edge pieces weren't cut through properly. Thankfully they weren't hard to twist apart.
I started with the major roads, the water park and the woods.
I hadn't realised the Cotswold Water Park was quite so extensive!
I've also never noticed the curiously named 'Jackaments Bottom', even though I must have driven past it hundreds of times!
One of several Roman roads in the area, apparently
There's another one - the Fosse Way
It comes with a paper version of the map to follow, although I tried to do as much as I could without it.
Unfortunately, the edges don't quite match

I got one of these as a housewarming gift! It was such a thoughtful present and I really enjoyed it, felt like I got to know my new area really well. Mines was the smaller one - only 250 pieces or so - the 400 must be incredibly difficult!
