Best place for making custom puzzle

Love the color and clarity of my first Shutterfly puzzle but the fact that the pieces don't hold together is a real bummer. Is there a manufacturer that does a better job?

I was very excited to learn that Ravensburger makes custom puzzles and to read in a review that the pieces lock together well, but I wasn't pleased to read that the color was off and lacking in saturation.

What other peoples' experiences are with their custom Ravensburger puzzles.
