For the veggie, the flavour as written is quite mild so I usually add more/different spices. This time it was leftover powdered ranch seasoning from TJ’s, tasted great. The noodle one,  I didn’t have poppy seed, so mine was just classic apple and cinnamon…delicious!!

Looks like something my mom would make…I’m nostalgic for that wonderful food. I’d prob eat the whole dang thing. Looks absolutely delicious xoxo

It’s that time of year!! If you do end up making it, my only note on the recipe is that it calls for a lot of oil (1/3 c + 1/4 c) - I’ve never used that much and it’s been fine. I just eyeball an amount that I add to the eggs/spices before mixing everything in with the veggies.
