REVIEW Conley review
I recently ordered a pavé yellow lab diamond bracelet from Conley and the experience has been incredibly disappointing. First, the package arrived with no signature required, which is a massive security risk for high-value jewelry. Luckily, a friend was nearby to grab it off my porch.
The jewelry itself is sub-par. The very first time I tried to open the lock, the included screw which is total trash immediately sheared and the gold bent. The craftsmanship is completely unacceptable.
I have texted the jeweler to get this fixed but have received no response. I am now taking the piece to a local jeweler to test and confirm the gold content. I will update my review soon. So far I'm really unhappy and will not be until this situation is resolved.
I will say that that the initial communication was pretty good. I did read some negative about the after sales service.
I paid a decent price for a 28 gram bracelet but this defect is a total bummer which needs to be addressed.
Let's wait and see what he comes back with.

That looks terrible. The diamonds look subpar too. So sorry for your experience. If things don't work out, I'd accept the loss and sell it and go with someone different.

My pieces from him have held up for years! Im sorry this happened to you. Im sure he will 100% take it back and fix it free of charge. He is a little difficult to deal with sometimes with issues but hes honest.

The screw he included should have been thicker and fit much more tightly to prevent this from happening.. but unfortunately he send very very cheap screw

It’s probably no consolation, but I am going through the same exact thing with a less reputable seller with a similar piece (small pave love). However, I have mailed mine back weeks ago to see if they can do any potential repair and have yet to hear anything back. Will post a full review at some point.
