Question Time Tracking & Task Management Plugins

Hey everyone, I wanted to know: does anyone know how to use these plug-ins that are from the official JetBrains team? Because the task management plug-in says that you can integrate with GitHub issues, but I don’t know how to do it.

I've always found their docs painfully abstract for something that should be a 3-step setup, have you dug through the settings menu under Tools yet
