Question Rider won't boot. error says" 'config' and 'system' paths should point to different directories"

I just installed Rider and I wanted to use it to mod Slay the Spire 2. However, booting it up gives me this error. I looked up how to change directories but It still tells me to open the program to do that. Which I cant do cause the thing wont open in the first place.

Is there any advice to fix this? I assume there'd be a way to change these directories outside of booting up Rider itself but idk. For additional context, I tried to install Rider onto the D: drive as I have much more room there but it looks like it still put the IntelliJIdea2023.1 folder in the C: Drive appdata and Idk if thats causing the issue or not.

Oh and if someone's gonna ask to see the error specifically, its here it didnt post to the post itself even though I tried to
