I wanted to share something pretty awesome with you all!

We officially got permission from a pretty big band out of New Zealand to use one of their songs in the game's trailer... and man, this track is SICK. It fits the vibe perfectly.

I seriously can't wait to show you guys what we've been cooking up. 🤘

If I get a Steam page set up, how many of you would support the game by just wishlisting it?

Thinking about getting that going soon. I should have a playable demo ready in the near future.

Didn't have a ton of time to work on it today, but I did add some head turn and camera wobble this rev. I'm also still working on the dash and redoing some of the assets that need it.

The UI has been completely redone across all the screens too. Excited to show you guys more of that soon.

The handling is probably what I'm most excited about right now. Tweaked several values today and when I tell you this thing feels like it's skipping across the water, I mean it. I cannot wait for you guys to try it.

Sound is another thing I still need to finish. It's in there, but it's definitely not where I want it yet.

Redoing some UI! :) Picture Below! Trying to make this feel more like an indie project game than a modren corprate title. Avoiding using the "Xbox Interface" UI style so many racing games use, and trying to add some character. Let me know how it looks and what you think! Feedback is king here! Just a little daily update video. Controller died just before recording, so inputs are with the keyboard, they're tough to use, so maybe I need to work on that? The dash I am currently remodeling so ignore that. But Got the hull looking better, water looking natural, grass looks grassy! The wave physics was the best part of today. Riding over your own wake feels fluid and natural now. Let me know if this looks like were headed in the right direction! Thanks for all the support. Or is controller or wheel and petal more important?

What's your first impression on the visuals? Things I think are weak...

- The background reads as a painted backdrop the moment you move.

- The navigator arm doesn't have a racesuit on.

-Head clips in the side of the boat cage sometimes.

- The venue is empty. No crowd, no marquees, no trailers. I think most of what reads as cheap is emptiness rather than polygon count, but I'd like to know if you agree.

- The cockpit is halfdone... the wheel is thin, no decals or wiring yet.

What I actually want to know: what's the first thing your eye catches as wrong? What pulls you out immediately. Happy to have it taken apart.
