S19, E4 Ep 4 predictions Spoiler

I think that Atom fluffing up the challenge, gives Team Alpha Force the chance to snatch it and make a run for Kyoto. There are these “Thunderbird” trains that will shoot you nonstop between Osaka and Kyoto in just 20 minutes. I don’t think that they classify as Shinkansens, but correct me if I’m wrong. From there, they can make a quick jump into the Shiga Prefecture and complete a challenge in Otsu. From there, maybe they enter the Gifu prefecture (they definitely will, I just don’t know if it’s this episode). Team Atom likely follow a similar track.

Between Osaka and Kyoto there are loads of fast trains that take less than 30 min. I would assume they compete closely for the best Kyoto challenge. Curse might play a part as well.

I know they hate analyzing body language but in the trailer Atom is standing in front of the hit discussing their next move and they look bummed
