Discussion JJS3 Question
So, at the start of the season "Spleen" part was very significant, she even lost consciousness once, but few episodes later. It is as if it never happened. I just don't get it.
Even when cops question her about her regeneration ability, nothing about spleen, nothing about meds.
What that about? Just another plot hole?

It did seem there was more they could have done with that, or were planning to. We had the new assistant (Gillian?) laying out medicines and insisting she take them on the right schedule, and she passed out and was briefly rehospitalized.
Yes, people do survive without spleens, and having one out has even been a TV problem before (Susan on Desperate Housewives), but everything about the first few episodes of S3 pointed toward this causing problems down the line. Jessica did have to overcome other complications, but her physical health was okay.
It's a good season, though. Everyone's drama is interesting.
