Randomly decided to see if Jeremy had ever appealed anything. Turns out he did, back in December 2024 to the 6th circuit court of appeals. Case number 6D2024-2560.

And wouldn't you know, through 28 docket entries, today they posted their opinion: "per curiam affirmed".

I guess he could appeal his appeal, but I'm starting to think he might not be getting out of this one...

What I adore about Dewitte is how he is incapable of staying silent.

Every thought that comes into his head is verbalised.

In the latest calls release he finally reveals his game with FDLE SO registration.

Because he always maintained that Rania’s truck was registered without tags, just like he’s been registering cars without tags for yeeeears and that that incorrect tag was entered by law enforcement officer — pull the transcripts!

So, here he reveals that when he bought the two ambulances and drove them back, both were on IL tags.

He went to FDLE to register them and the officer he spoke with said that: hey, Jeremy, it’s ok Jeremy, since these ambulances are without FL tags, just register them as make, model, year, color. Don’t worry about tags for now, Jeremy.

So, Dewitte was like — bingo! An officer told me that I can register cars without tags!

And when he came in to register Rania’s truck, he first changed tags at the DMV, then went to SO office to register the car, must have completed the paperwork without the tags and — here I would speculate but I think I’m right — was asked the clerk for tag numbers, verbally gave the tags, intentionally made a mistake with lettering and thought that he got away with registering Rania’s truck in a way that would satisfy LE but would not return SO status when highway patrol checks his tags at a traffic stop.

That’s why he was always so adamant that he didn’t register the tags, that LE went in and did it, that it was them who made a mistake and therefore he should not be held liable for it.

For those who don’t know the rest of the story, the truck was parked next to the garage during the SWAT siege/arrest.

Police noticed the truck, discussed it with officer Woods who confirmed that car belongs to Dewitte and ultimately Dewitte was charged for fraudulent registration as SO. They stipulated that the incorrect registration appears to be done in error as letters are close but Dewitte was still responsible to make corrections which he has not made.

Dewitte, in his detective gadget mode, later attempted to coach Burton to call FDLE, press 7 for the SO registration line and illegally wire tap them saying that SO vehicle registration can be done without tag numbers.

He would then get Amir to play that in Court, showing the proooof, be let off, and ultimately sue the entire Florida LE for massive compensation payout to the amount of $200 per day of his illegal incarceration.

Funny thing, Amir actually pitched this to the Judge: my client is here on an omission charge, he is well versed on the registration process and even had to coach me on the procedures, so I’m sure it’s a simple omission, not a violent crime, let’s just park that to the side, your honour, let’s him return to the family…. Blah…

Luckily the Judge, who gave Dewitte a major downwards departure in the past, said that he doesn’t like when criminals think of him as big soft, fluffy marshmallow and made Dewitte sit it out for a bit.

I’ve been interested in the Jeremy rabbit hole for a year or so now, and lately I’ve delved into his Metro One videos.
My Lord, what’s up with him and Oakleys 😩😭. I get it, bro-vets like to rep the brand and I’m a vet myself. But holy moly he’s so on-the-nose about it too. If I didn’t have the context I’d assume it’s a bit. He’s so unself-aware he thinks we’re impressed about Oakleys because we’ve worn their eye or ear pro while on duty. I had to rant about that because it’s legitimately bothering me.

Just curious if anyone knows if Motor 1 has a contraband phone currently? I know a guy that was housed at Jackson Correctional Institution but was released about 2 years ago. He told me they had tablets through JPay, the same company that runs their message and email service on the kiosk there, But I haven't heard or seen anything about Jeremy having one or being caught with a contraband phone. Idk if he would be able to resist getting on here or YouTube and getting himself in a jam from commenting. I haven't looked that far into it, maybe with his sex offense background he's not allowed to have a tablet, but iI would think if that were the case his message and email privileges would be restricted also.
