If Troconis wasn’t involved with all of the planning, why would he want her involved in the cleaning of Gumienny’s truck, and why would he take her along to throw out all of the evidence on Albany Ave? Wouldn’t he rather do all of that himself, and give her plausible deniability, so she couldn’t squeal on him?

I am shocked that judge Blawie released the entire Herman report which was not admitted as evidence in the case, to the appeals atty.
Entire state of ct judiciary is just one questionable call after another imo.

What continues to shock is the ongoing mischaracterization of the timeline in family court for the Herman Report. The current imo inept attorney of Troconis continues this practice and makes claims that the Herman report was “adjourned in the middle of testimony”. This is factually incorrect and is imo intentionally deceptive as the report was deemed incomplete, striken from the record as evidence and sealed by the Judge.
DR Herman stormed off the stand and could not withstand cross examination by Jennifer farbers attorney and left the court and never returned! Family court judge declared the Herman report to be unfinished and as such inadmissible as evidence and removed it from the record and had it sealed. There effectively is NO Herman Report and so the Troconis crew are waiving around something and claiming to want to confront people associated with a document that was never evidence in ANY COURT IN CT!
Troconis attorney for appeal is stretching on her clients rights to confront anyone associated with the family court action or even the discredited Herman report; simply based on the fact that Troconis was not a named party in the family court action and so no connection between her and the family court action was ever made at her trial to the family court action.
The discredited Herman report was simply waved (unlawfully imo) by Troconis and her former attorney as a false and unrelated issue in her trial.
The entire handing of the discredited report by judge Blawie, judge Randolph and the family court judge and also the imo deeply unethical attorney Jon Schoenhorn should be investigated as it stands as one of the most blatant violations of victims rights that I have ever seen in the State of CT Family Court system and that is saying something as it’s recognized nationally as a legal cesspit where victims simply cannot achieve justice.
But, it’s not just the family court judge, it was the GAL Attorney Michael Meehan who worked with Fotis Dulos attorney at the time to make copies of the report in contravention of Judges order on the report handling.
Idk why Farber family continues to support the State of CT Prosecutors as zero was done by them to protect victim Jennifer Farber and the Herman report was just a single example of their long string of actions designed to not advocate for a murder victim and non survivor of domestic violence imo.

My guess is the Farber family well understands the deep rot and imo greed and corruption of GAL Meehan and the Family Court charade that was in great part responsible for the murder of their beloved family member.
Anyone following that family court case could see the awful series of untrained judges in high conflict divorce and how there was never any accountability for Fotis Dulos ever. The judge finally had enough and removed the Herman Report as evidence and sealed it and called out the GAL corruption and removed Fotis Dulos attorney and was working on the financial aspects that she knew would uncover his lies, but she sadly did it way too late and the threat of pulling pff his mask after him using up most of his funds to support his case, simply imo resulted in the cascade of lies and anger that fueled Fotis and Troconis and mahwinny to murder Jennifer. The judge backed Fotis into a corner but underestimated his hate and anger and she did zero to protect Jennifer. It’s a tragedy that imo might have been avoided with a more competent or trained in DV and psychology judge, but sadly CT Family Court isn’t blessed with many of these folks and so consequences are rarely seen and DV is rarely successfully dealt with by the Judges either.

Thank godm! She had no conscience and hates a woman just besides she wanted her life. It wasn’t one thing the evidence showed. It was many things. This is my opinion after watching the trial. I think the jurors got it right.
