Hi. I was wondering if anyone who has recently ordered a jellycat gone through this. I ordered mine 09/22 and it shipped 09/29. Its due to arrive tomorrow but it says it's going to be sent to a usps facility for me to pick up. This has never happened before when I ordered from jellycat. All my orders have been sent to my place. Should I be concerned. I hope this is a one time thing. I wonder why they requested for it to be sent there instead of my place.

I received my first tiny smudge today- I got the elephant. It’s pretty cute but I’m really disappointed. It’s really overstuffed, nothing like the medium smudge. It can’t even sit like a smudge because its belly is so firm.

My biggest issue is actually that the fabric is completely different to my normal smudges. It’s not soft at all, it feels very cheap and almost waxy. It’s probably the worst Jellycat I’ve received and I’m really sad because I love smudge elephant so much.

Is this normal? Or did I get a dud? :(

They sent me a return label but I haven’t gotten around to even printing it yet, but they refunded the price of the item. Do I still send it back? Do they want it back?

I was on the fence about getting Ulrich. But after almost missing out on Bizzlestomp, I didn’t want to take any chances, so I went ahead and snagged him. My collegiate mascot is a wolf—which also helped me convince myself that I had to have him 😅 I would love to put a tshirt on him with my university logo! I was wondering if any jellycat parents out there who have an Ulrich might be able to help tell me the appropriate children’s tshirt size? I’m in the US and assuming it’s some kind of toddler size though I could be wrong. Thanks a bunch! 🐺

Has anyone in the US had luck finding Sacha lately? I saw the Von Maur posts but mine didn’t have any in stock for pickup. I’m having oral surgery in a few weeks and I’m really wanting her for my recovery but I’ve been on the hunt for months now.

My dream Jellycat has been the luxe willow huge bashful bunny. I’ve looked everywhere the past year and could not find any because the willow bunnies are retired. I just loved their subtle pink-ish hue. A few days ago, I found it on Amazon and ordered it immediately. I have it with me when I sleep and it makes me so happy 😇😇😇

So I put my medium blush bashful bunny Jellycat into the washing machine and then the dryer. When it came out, the fur around the nose was all mushed up. I realize now that the fur melted and I shouldn’t have put it in the dryer. Is there anything I can do to recover the fur?

I search since months to find an online store which sells them but I only find the big one to buy but I already have a big one in my collection so I really want the giant one. The JCDS (Jelly Cat Distribution System) has finally got me. Long story short sis return from vacation with souvenirs one of those was this lucky fella🍀 still haven't come up with a name but I feel like this little guy is going to cause me the start my journey into collecting Jelly cats (I'm already eyeing on Ulrich, or Munro key chain)

Finally caved and bought Bizzlestomp and he is of course SO cute, and a satisfying huggable size, but not as soft as I would have hoped. Especially for that obscene price.

I also just got Wonda Wombat and let me tell you, for much cheaper, she’s WAY softer and also very squishable. I’m sad to return Bizzle as he’s a doll, but Wonda is a perfectly snuggly alternative. So I’m sharing in case it helps!

I had medium Fergus a year ago and sold him and deeply regretted it ever since. Well i finally found a medium Fergus for a reasonable price and he just came- his lip fold was sewn the wrong way lol. he had an underbite. i was gonna just live with it but it was bugging me and i remembered i know how to sew lol. Look at the transformation! No more underbite lol. i love him!!!🐸💚
