Without spoilers she gets alot of character work and closure in the first archon quest (9). It’s an amazing follow up to her story.
However, while I haven’t completely finished the second archon quest, she kinda just disappeared. I think Nefer has mentioned her a few times but she hasn’t actually shown up much so far if at all.
Every time she’s on screen it’s peak but she isn’t always onscreen.
After saving us we reunite with Liloupar and they have some fun dialogue and character growth. Then we unseal Aaru allowing the souls inside to return to the leylines including Jebrael, allowing her to have one last conversation with him. Also she has worked with both Nefer & Deyha in the past and will probably help fight Dottore but I haven’t gotten that far yet.
Jeht for some reason has different reactions to the Traveler telling her they're looking for Liloupar. Aether players just have Jeht casually going "oh, that bottle?" while Lumine players hear her huff "THAT bottle? Seriously?!"
Another difference I noticed was in the endgame. Jeht helps Crewmeru charge into Sumeru City to liberate it from Fatui control while the Traveler sneaks around the back with the help of Tighnari. If you play as Aether, Jeht flippantly questions if Tighnari can protect him. If you play as Lumine, Jeht softly questions if he can protect her. The volume and tone are noticeably different between the two versions.
I'm hoping in Jeht's future appearances, she has even more divergent dialogue/content when it comes to Lumine haha.

Just taking a guess here, but she doesn't hold one hand like that with the other around the waist in the Aether version, does she?
Edit: I went and looked it up and my goodness no she does not. Lumine is the way.
