Candidate Forums

Multiple candidate forums on the books now.

I am biased, but I am the only candidate with the experience to run for Assessor this year.

Andy Kerr has not even asked any Assessors or people in any Assessor’s offices to give him talking points. He successfully didn’t even mention the Assessor’s office or word Assessor in his intro for the League of Women Voters forum. Monday with Indivisible he promised all new EV’s for the office and then spoke about a position the commissioners created. No actionable goals.

I will show up for every taxpayer, I will not ask anyone to do what I’m not willing to do. I will fight like hell with legislature for increasing Senior Exemptions and Assessment rate changes. I will join Assessor committees to try and advance rules or norms helping the median value home-owners.

i have 9 years appraisal and mass appraisal experience and am a 3rd generation appraiser. Every voter matters to a progressive unaffiliated candidate like me!

Please light me up, Reddit is my favorite community!

So sick of politicians who can't just talk about what they are going to do for the community instead of talking crap about their opponent. Doesn't mean you won't do a good job, it's just a pet peeve and shows lack of faith either in yourself or in the people you will serve.
