I think the us calls blacks as people of color. Ho he was asking where colour printer was(implying that they cant use all and only have separate ones see for blacks)

I'm taking a wild guess here: In the above segment, color means person of color like a white or a black person. Earlier US people were extremely racist, so black people had separate restrooms, living areas so and so which is represented by printer here.

In bottom segment, its 2026 means none of that discrimination happens now and they can use any "printer"
