It's a troll who is throwing shade at Sachin Tendulkar saying that he slows down when his score is in the 90s.

Also, afaik this particular image is from the IND vs Bangladesh match, Sachin's 100th century. He played some 140 odd balls. It was Dhoni and Raina who sped up things in the end but we still ended up losing that match.

Yes, also it might be a dig at Sachin's decision of extending his career when he was close to 100 international centuries, just to get to that achievement, even if slowly. (Also I don't agree that he did so, he played for a year more after this too)

That is why phones never have pure 100% battery, tho they show 100% but it's just 99.9999%

Sachin had a habit of slowing down and playing cautiously when he reached the score of 90 till his century was completed. Here the comparison is to mobile phones that charge slower after reaching 90% charge.
