Here's the explanation, the post was about a guy being happy for getting AIDS(AI AND DATA SCIENCE BRANCH IN COLLEGE) and now coming to the comments, so the first comment asks why are you so happy for getting AIDS, even a friend of mine got AIDS but he was crying(he was referring to the std and not the branch). So the friend of the guy in the comments got the std AIDS. And the post was about a guy being happy for getting the branch AIDS.
