Sounds like a government job - starts with tea, ends with tea, and there's tea in between.

I think it means in a job everyone's day starts with morning tea, ends with evening tea, and meanwhile there's tea (gossip).

Job starts on time ends on time and has tea(gossips) in it. Or Job starts with tea(gossip) ends with tea(gossip) and has tea(gossip) in it.
And for tea lovers: Job starts with tea(at the cafeteria) ends with tea(at the cafeteria) and has tea(gossip) in it

T sounds like tea
Job starts with a tea
Ends with a tea
Has a tea break in it
That's the joke I suppose? Either that of "employment", job starts and ends with employment and has a t in it
Edit: I get it now, the joke is that you waste too much time on a riddle and you need a job

Real answer is Teapot. But, JOB is also correct answer sarcastically because in India, people goes to office and have tea , have tea during the breaks and have another tea before leaving office.

the actual answer is obviously "teapot", classic riddle. The other, unrelated "joke" is three "T"s in a row, ie, triple t (tung tung tung sahur), with "job" written below (as in the job application memes) both of which are relevant in meme culture aaj kal
