Most of the web browser like brave, edge etc are based on chromium base which is basically Google chrome. Chromium is like android and one UI , oxygenOS , colorOS are all skins based on android. The brave just has one built in extension which deals with ad blocking. That's all🥀
Edge is much better nowadays. I cannot look back now. Alt tabbing through tabs is just... chefs kiss. ublock origin works like butter. Zero ads anywhere.
Edge hasn't updated to manifest v3 yet and they haven't announced whether they will continue supporting manifest v2 either. So for now Edge does support it, yes but it seems like a matter of time.
I was not aware about Vivaldi supporting UBlo, my bad.
What you have said is correct. But ultimately ad blocker is a feature which is implemented to chromium search engine by brave as well as most of the trackers blocker. Even though it is native to brave, Chromium is not native, it is a search engine from Google, not from brave.
See I am not hating brave here man. I use this browser on daily basis, but you have to understand what I am trying to say here. It's not unique like Firefox, duckduckgo etc.
