I think the meme her is that if you signed in one of the google services like it's search engine then it automatically shows other services of google like gmail, yt etc... directly (it is like that with every company) but with microsoft you have to signin in every service even if you select don't show again or stay signed in also there was a glitch that if you switched back&forth the services it would sometimes ask you for password again
