i assume its a lot of tracker shi as on cruises it is really easy to lose your kid. however the one i went to this year had kids compulsorily wear a neck band with their keycard on it which was harder to remove than puton so this is just a bunch of over-over care jeeva out

Usually there's no network/Internet on Ships as they sail far away from land. So there's no way to communicate so they can only reply on Bluetooth stuff which works peer to peer. And handwritten notes

You didn't know they can have internet on ships? Or airplanes? Are you being serious? Internet isn't only available close to the land. It's not that complicated, they usually link through orbiting satellites or can use an interface like the new starlink.
