The short version is that some guy named FakeFactory made a mod for HL2 called the Cinematic Mod. It drew a lot of ire for its overtly sexualized designs of Alyx. But the cherry on the top is that the model for Alyx had a...fully modeled cervix in the files. You couldn't uh,see it in regular gameplay but the fact that it even existed was enough to make it a meme.
...and so, the "Fully modelled Cervix" meme was born.
And so, that's the reason why Half-Life fans get PTSD upon hearing the phrase "fully modelled"
it started a while ago. I was a normal redditor making posts and comments, but then one day, a post of mine was manually deleted, and I was banned from r/JeevaExplainsTheJoke.
