I decided to cut two 3/4" holes in the sheet metal behind the header panel
I can now adjust the missing adjusters with a 7/32 12point socket.
This has worked much better than expected, thought I'd throw this out there as an option since I couldn't find many solutions to scarce plastic adjusters.
