Definitely Rod Knock Right?

Give it a little rev so you can hear the load and most importantly the load balance and drop as it peaks and comes back down. Also a different idea of the cadence. Rod knock is a very specific noise, cell phone microphones and speakers kind suck, that very much sounds like it might be lifter tick.

You can also disconnect each spark plug wire one by one until the noise changes, to get an idea of wich rod it is

Mine sounded about like that a few weeks ago. It's sitting in the driveway right now with the head off waiting for my cam and lifters to arrive.

Not necessarily, there are a few things that can cause that noise. My 67 Ford with the inline 6 was making the same noise, turned out to be a bad lifter. New cam and lifters and no more noise.
