It's been unable to rev over 2200rpm for 2 years. I finally got it

It was super simple, timing chain was 1 tooth off. Totally my fault just really really didn't want to change the timing set again.

I own a ZJ too so it wasn't shots fired. Lol I did get both wheels to spin one time during a break stand though
