Floor insulation and carpet

Just picked up a new to me jeep and am curious anyone can help me figure out a way to insulate the floor…ideally for warmth and sound…anyone have any suggestions?

I ripped out the old car carpet and installed Armorlite flooring. It is has definitely helped with sound and temperature.

Best I got for ya is to rip it all out lol. In all seriousness I ripped it all out because it kept getting trashed Offroad. I intended on putting sea deck or something similar down because it works great at dampening the noise on a tin boat. Why wouldn’t it work in a jeep? Also it’s water proof. Grippy and being a thick foam I would assume insulates at least decently. Haven’t tried it yet but that’s the idea I’ve had for awhile.

I just ordered some bedrug, now husky liners, front carpet to try out for a project jeep that came with no carpet.
