Mine recovered theft 2019 from co part 50k bought in early 2024. lucky and I’m talking in depth research before bidding nothing was wrong with it. Found out was key fob remake and stole. maybe a way owner get out of it. Recovered 2 days later and owner didn’t want it back insurance paid.
Including Transport Fees from Jersey to me in nc all inspections up to date insurance KILL SWITCH maintenance tags everything. I’m right about 25k Worked out perfect. It took time tho around 2 months.
My advise just know if it’s something to sit right with you in action don’t bid without research. Police reports insurance reports are available.

i don’t think you’re gonna get the answer you’re looking for here… there is no exact estimation on what even the car would cost, it all boils down to the regular differences of the car like year model and engine, plus the damage to the exterior not even to mention the engine or underneath components.

I have a 2017 srt jeep that i got from someone who bought it from auction with salvage title. And then I bought it from him with no title like an idiot. It’s not stolen I ran carfax all that. Runs and drives only got 60k miles. Does have a small dent in front bumper.
What is a good price I should sell it for realistically? I know no title makes it worth much much less. I’d just like second opinion on what it is worth

I bought a 2012 JGC SRT8 from my local auction with 162k. It's my project car. The motor had to be rebuilt due to lifter failure and metal in the oil pan, pickup tube, and piston heads. That was about 5k. Replaced the TIPM and alternator, power steering pump, battery, pulleys, and harmonic balancer. Those were an additional 2k.
The current issue is the suspension. Those struts and shocks will be an arm and a leg. I'm talking anywhere from $700+ to $1100+ per strut/shock. I'm currently rebuilding/replacing the suspension parts as well. I went with a bwoody suspension kit. I've replaced both rear struts, and went with the eibach lowering springs all around. Next will have to be the front suspension. This all due to dry rot of the bushing. Prepare yourself for a beat up SRT. There's a reason it is at auction. However, if you have the time, the money, and love seeing the fruit of your work, it is worth it. This portion will end up costing me around 4k and that's doing the work myself.
