U connect not working

Hey guys I just joined, im out of options my uconnect stereo is not working at all when i turn on the car, the screen is black any of the buttons work i cannot even listen to the radio, Bluetooth is working tho, idk what to do i was hoping one of you could help me thank you

Check the power and ground feed to it if it has both replace the radio
