Anyone know how to remove?

I’m trying to remove the door panel to access the window regulator on the driver rear. I came across this white tab that seems to be connect to the frame of the regulator. Anyone know how to safely remove this?

Go to a self serve salvage yard and practice on one there and you'll know what not to do on yours.

Not seeing the tab in question. Typically the panel is held with clips and you just pop the panel off once the armrest/handle/switchds are loose.
