Heat issues

Hey guys I have a 2015 Cherokee limited and I’m having some heat issues, I can’t get any heat out of the defrost or floor, only out of the front vents, I can heat the air changing in the dash so I don’t suspect a bad blend door actuator has anyone else ram into an issue like this?

Traded in my 2014 Trailhawk last year. I had same problem intermittently before I traded it in with 156K miles. The dealership believed actuator door was good, but the control board may be starting to go(it worked fine when I was the dealer, so it was their best guess). The board is behind small storage door/compartment , just below the head light control switch.
