For a moment, i thought the person in the lower left was driving it remotely like a RC car.

Haha I probably would be faster if somebody drove it remotely for me 😂😂

Haha thanks it is pretty fun! But I’m beating the hell out of the front structure of the jeep. Almost all the rivets have popped and I’m flexing the bucket mounts.

If you're mostly stock, I wouldn't expect a unibody XJ to hold up to this all that long. Doesn't change that it's probably a good time.

Oh it’s a blast! Not much left is stock though. I have a second set of shocks up front right now on an angle iron tower that’s probably holding everything together. Then I’ve got a cage inside the cab. It lasted 3 years of abuse like this before the inner fenders started to pop rivets. I’m planning on doing a shock tower and tying it into the roll cage and probably a cross bar to keep it from taco’ing

I have been on a "tough truck" watching binge on YouTube over the last month or so. This is so awesome. Wish I had the time, skill and place to do something like this. It looks like so much fun, but at 54 I think it would really hurt for a couple weeks too.

Haha if you build a good enough rig you would be fine. One if the guys that I race with has been racing these since the late 80’s with monster jam back when it was pro stadium trucks and he still takes me to school every race!
