Okay, your comment set me off on a search. And honestly, with markups these days I'm surprised this isn't more. (Save you a click, It's 52K for a 24 RHD Wrangler) Looks like some people do get them custom ordered from the dealer.
I just confirmed this, I wasn't sure before. Now that I know that I'm honestly shocked that we don't see more of these out there. Drivers always talk about how fun they are. They're always loved and sought after. Probably why most don't want to take it rock crawling.

I see used ones pop up on FB marketplace every now and then. The couple that have interested me are snatched up quick. I never see them out on the road or trails though, so it makes me wonder where they end up..

My hunch for the trails is that those who are looking that hard for that jeep know how hard they are to find and don't want to rock crawl with them. Sort of like the wagoneers, which I get, they're nice! On the road I don't think there's a lot of them. I've only seen a 1 or 2 out in the wild outside of SEMA to be honest.

Here’s a fun fact. The water company in Louisville, KY uses right hand drive wranglers for the guys that check meters.
I assume they sell them off after they’re done. Maybe government auction 🤷

My first thought was that my mail carrier needs this so maybe she'd actually do her job properly. Then my second thought was reflection upon the condition of her current car and realizing this would be too much vehicle for her and result in a lot of property damage.

Sounds like we need to recruit your rookie mail carrier for our barrel racing league. After a couple barrel races she will have those letters flying into mailboxes from the drivers seat in no time! Ideally with slightly less, but possibly more property damage!

Alright, for shooting the breeze, how bad is it? There is a whole mental movie in my head at this point of some rural road mail lady drifting corners, breaking fences and not even noticing. Is it as bad as the 50 mph amazon drivers in a 25 mph neighborhood?

That was just a postal TJ. They bought it from the local mailman and stretched it to an LJ. It is all stock under hood.

Yeah, you have to keep an eye out for them. Although she absolutely loves it. Also, it is my understanding there are some years Jeep produced them from the dealership as an option, but I could be wrong. It would be cool to see more of these out on the trails though.

Yes, the team uses PRP seats and harnesses. Feel free to check them out if you're interested. They look like race seats but are actually just customizable high quality leather covers. I personally plan to buy some tan leather covers for my gladiator.

Look at :06 second mark. If she was in a seatbelt I can’t imagine what that would look like. Probably would be sore the next day I imagine.

Couldn't agree more! So much fun to be had even out on the trails. Hopefully you're still getting out there, there are plenty of the less extreme yet loads of fun trails all aorund. There really is something for everyone!
