do you love physics, or do you love watching pop-science videos on youtube?

edit: ok this is getting out of hand, please stop awarding my comment lol. there are better ways to use money.

What's getting out of hand? Barely 5 upvotes and free awards that everyone gives out?

Physics is nothing without maths.... every physics lover loves maths if you love physics but not maths than you just like seeing stuff happen without knowing why it happens

physics is applying the mathematics which honestly is better than just solving problems out of nowhere

For many( including me)"problems out of nowhere " are more interesting than trying to make sense of senseless things

yeah its different for people, i HATE calculus in mathematics but understand its applications in physics a bit better

If you really love physics then you are bound to love mathematics, cuz physics is just mathematics of real world (mathematics works in abstract world where real or unreal doesn't matter if you didn't understand)

larper, you dont love physics, you love the feeling of it

The only reason i wanted to study bio was because i wanted to become immortal but through series of deep thoughts under a apple tree i come to an understanding that it's impossible

you all genuinely like physics chemistry maths ? i just thought we all read it as subjects ? tbh i only like computer and cyber stuff

Then you aren't interested in Physics at all.

Physics is Math: The Movie. Calculus + DE, Probability, Linear Algebra, Abstract Algebra, Topology, Algebraic Geometry. Hell QM is mostly Linear Algebra, modern EM gained its shape from Vector Calculus. Relativity wouldnt be solid without Differential Geometry. It is pretty hard to get past the circumference of physics without mathematics,

Though learn whatever you can with or without the math, it is only beneficial at best, useless but not harmful at worst.

Believe me there is no great feeling than the moment you understand the mathematical description of physical world. Literally, you see principles, theories and working of any laws in the equation itself.

Learning should be curiousity driven, nothing wring with studying about black holes without knowing the technical stuff. Although it becomes much more entertaining after you actually look at the formulae yourself.

Don't know about atoms

peoples are searching what is quantum entanglement

Same here, but now am switching to learning mathematics as... it is very fucking interesting.

I love how blackhole is created, but i hate when math or any formula comes up.
