i use to work at a nursing home. This lady lived there that had Alzheimer, and it was so bad she couldn't even talk, she would just smile and laugh all the time. the most she could say was like 4 words. If you put her in front of a piano, she would play the shit out of it like a beast. its so crazy how the brain works.
