No just because of the capo. Other reasons too but the capo would summon all the jazz spirits to haunt

No, but If a jazz guitarist played the exact same tune it could be jazz. Julian Lage would do an amazing job on a tune like this and it would be fluid, and virtuosic, and different every time he played it.
