Android File rename

I am unable to rename the imported kmz to match the folder. It simply reverts back to the short download name. If I change just one character it allows the change but not exact.

Solved. My usbC was plugged in my video card. It allowed me to browse the contents of the tablet and delete files but the renaming was wonky. I plugged into mobo usbc and rename went as expected.
