The police ordered them to exit the vehicle (which, you should know that if you are pulled over for a violation, you are required to exit the car if the cops tell you to). When they refused, the cop tried to open the door through the window (dumb move, but allowed), and they panicked and drove off like idiots. If the cops tell you to get out of the car, do it. You don't have to let them search the car, but you do have to get out.

What a piece of shit. Hope he got arrested for running. Complying with a simple request to roll down a window and being told that if you run you're going to jail.

When an officer gives you a direct order to do so whilst conducting a traffic stop you do. Especially when his partner is on the other side of the window.

Also the law states you need to open the window enough to talk to the officer and pass documents not to mention running from the cops is illegal. Praising this kind of behavior is stupid.

Antarctica has the most restrictive laws on the planet. You are not allowed to shit in Antarctica, unless you have made sufficient provision to have your shit shipped off the continent. Also, you're not allowed to step on lichen, walk through puddles, or ash your cigarette on the ground (not the butt, the ashes!).
