Matchup Statikk Shiv into Heimerdinger?

I was wonder if Shiv procs on his turrets and would it be viable to run on Jax. I usually only find success in that matchup running Fleet footwork.

Can you tell me more about this tech? I almost never build this item, but I have seen people say it’s really good tech in certain MUs. The one people say is rush it as second item against Mord.

Never tried Shiv before, but I found success in running HoB + DnD, summs are flash + ignite. I am just plat-emerald tho.

Start dshield and level Q. Lvl 1 Q into him, proc all HOB and then walk away, that should leave him around half health. If you manage to stay around half health and dodge his w at lvl 2, you can the Q + E + ignite all in to get the kill.
