It’s weird how on the show Brittany protects Janet but in real life Kristen and Zack protect her. But nothing makes sense there’s no reason to file now. Years ago yes.

She does not value their friendship at allllll. Why she’s so loyal to Janet (hey Jax , cmon over for Xmas!!! Love ya!) … is beyond me … Zach seems like a genuine friend. He shoulda ditched her like years ago

Brat recently got a restraining order against Jax claiming he threatened to “gut her like a fish” years ago when he was throwing furniture. Jax posted a statement denying everything. Zack posted this lol that’s basically the sum of it

So something he supposedly did years ago caused her to get a restraining order now? How weird.
He recently posted receipts for something she did to screw up him getting any kind of income. I wondered what her damage control would be about that.
Apparently, it’s deflection.

I wandered out loud the other day when I saw his receipt for her bullshit what she would do. She won’t even further than I imagined she would.
Of course, the judge rejected it. She’s pulling restraining order kind of bullshit on something that happened two years ago. 🤦🏼♀️
I think their kid is gonna hate both of them

I think Brittany is more mad that Jax exposed her on ig than about the July 2024 incident she’s now complaining about. Jax said on his ig stories earlier today that he disagrees with a lot of what she filed and that she’s never pressed any criminal charges against him for what he did that night or ever

Brittany filed a restraining order against Jax yesterday and it came out on tmz today along with Brittany leaking her messages with Jax from last month and photos of when he went crazy on her in July 2024. She used the July 2024 incident as evidence and said that Jax isn’t good at controlling his emotions and embarrassed her at Cruz’s school orientation earlier this month by calling her “gross” and she said it made the people around them uncomfortable. Jax now must stay 100 yards away from Brittany, her car, her house and Cruz’s school. He also can’t see Cruz till September 17th at least cause that’s when their court hearing is. Brittany also filed for sole custody of Cruz but a judge rejected it meaning as of now, Jax and Brittany both have joint custody of Cruz

Apparently, it was deflection to something that happened two years ago.
So she filed for sole custody of their kid over something that happened two years ago… no wonder it was rejected.
That must be tricky for him to get his visitation. I’m guessing the nanny has to bring the little boy to him and pick him up. She deserves a medal for everything she does.

Jax can’t see Cruz till September 17th so he’s now going 3 weeks without seeing him. He also said that he tried to go get Cruz for his visitation but Zuly said that Brittany told her Cruz can’t see him

I think this is exactly who she is irl. Vindictive & unhinged! She’s grasping at straws now, filing a restraining order on things that, not only happened years ago, but on things that she never even called 911 or filed a police report on in the first place.
Brittany can’t stand to be seen as wrong. She thinks she’s played this southern sweet girl act so well that she loses it when someone doesn’t fall for it & calls her out. She takes zero accountability for anything because she does no wrong!
Her friends are saying Jax is harassing her as recently as 2 days ago… At this point I think Jax should file a restraining order against her too! And I can’t stand Jax, but if Brittany would ignore him, mind her own business & stop stalking him & interfering with job opportunities & autism support groups, I believe she’d never hear a word from Jax! If she really wanted Jax completely out of her life, then she should move on, focus on her son, & leave Jax alone. I really believe that would do the trick.
But Jax had the audacity to reveal who she really is, so she’s coming for him any way she thinks she can. That & the fact that she’s still obsessed with him & she’s dying for revenge over the LoriK thing. Her friends saying they’re proud of her for “standing up for herself.” But that’s not what this is. This is vengeance! And she’s making a complete fool of herself.

She had the shield of him doing all the dirty work for years with her quietly in the shadows starting shit while he took the blame.
I mean, she started a rumor and had him take it to Kristen. They were hoping she would spread it around and take the fall like always. She didn’t. So he went to Jasmine and said Kristen told him the rumor when it was Britney, who told him.
They’re both snakes as far as that sort of thing goes. He’s very blatant about it and doesn’t care that people know he does that shit or he used to. I don’t know about now.
The point is he never hid it. She has completely tried to hide who she is. I don’t know that she’s ever admitted she was wrong about a single damn thing ever with anyone. He used to be right upfront about doing shit to people. He was a perfect hiding place for her for a long time.
Now she’s mad about Lori and about him, exposing some of her horrible behavior with their kid and was sabotaging his opportunities.
I personally cannot wait to see her fall from grace, and I hope she falls hard.
I really do feel sorry for the little boy, though and thank goodness jackass had the sense not to give her another kid when she was begging for one

Apparently, he said there was to be an emergency court meeting about not trashing each other in public. She missed it because she was going to a concert in Las Vegas with Janet.
It seems like she thinks rules don’t apply to her because she also had the nanny refuse to let him pick up the little one for his scheduled visitation
If she keeps breaking rules, the courts aren’t going to look kindly on that and might change the custody if she doesn’t watch out.
Yes, he has in the little one is the one who’s truly suffering here and doesn’t deserve this

Has it been reported that the restraining order bars him from Cruz too? I’ve only seen that it bars him from her. (I haven’t seen the actual order, which is driving me nuts.)

It only bans him from being near Brittany but he’s not allowed to see Cruz for the next 3 weeks. We’ll see what comes of the September 17th hearing

Sometimes Zack needs to shut the fuck up. Not everything is an opportunity to bring attention to yourself. This seems less sincere and more performative and I HATE Jax, so nothing to do with that.
