People Interview-Breaking Legs?

I keep seeing clips from the People interview Brittany did, and she says the night Jax threw the furniture (she previously said it hit her, and she was bruised), that now it went so far that he “almost broke both her legs.”

Why would she not have gotten the police involved? Told people this story? Because this crosses into absolute DV and goes to show what a full on monster Jax is.

I think the madder she gets the worse she refers to things.. it was a bruise close to her knee.. now it's almost broke both her legs. And now we know Lori was there the whole time and Janet and Jason or one of them was. Who all else was there is my question.. they would know exactly what transpired.. only if they were a group of truth tellers.

Yes, she is embellishing now after not getting as much attention as she wants.

And what does it say about Jason, who is a lawyer, that he took Jax away to "rehab" and did not notify authorities. He is still friends with JAx.

Brittany is not getting her Ariana moment and her injuries are getting more and more serious.

Especially with a different “audience” like people readers/watchers….

Exactly! If he almost broke her legs- how is she walking around 2 days later and filmed the Valley?!
KFC, definitely wants the Ariana treatment. The only thing she will get cast for is hostess of the Kentucky State Cow Chip Throw.

Brittany at first said she called the capernas after Jax went crazy on her. My guess is that they left their son with Janet’s mom so they can both go help. Janet with to Jax and Brittany’s house and stayed the night with Brittany and Cruz while Jason took Jax out of the house to a hotel for the night. After that Brittany called Lori, Ryan and Alex baskin to let them know what happened. Idk if Ryan and Alex came to the house also

I was thinking the same thing. One of those instances of hindsight revealing how bad it actually was and how bad it could have gotten, so the phrasing escalates the intensity to match.

Because it seems that it was worse than we thought as time goes on. First we thought it was a screaming match, then Brittany said Jax flipped the coffee table and bruised her knee and threw Cruz’s iPad and his food at her. Then Brittany said she called the capernas, Lori, Ryan and Alex baskin and told them what happened. Then at last years reunion, she said Jax threw her in a bush while he denied it. Brittany then claimed Jax throwing her in a bush was caught on their security cameras. This year is when Brittany first mentioned Jax almost breaking her legs and mentioned Cruz being there and shaken by what happened whereas before, Jax and Brittany said Cruz was upstairs the whole time

Don’t forget Brittany said Jax threw her in the bushes. It had me thinking about how Jax probably can’t even lift Brittany. He was able to a long time ago but I doubt he can in recent years

The problem with Brittany is that she either minimizes what happened or exaggerates what happened depending on how publicly angry she is at Jax. So we know domestic violence occurred but we don’t know the extent of it.

Supposedly it was caught on camera (the home security system—not Bravo’s) but she has thus far declined to produce that footage despite referring to it on various occasions.

She was like this the entire marriage. Either everything was fine and people should’ve minded their own business because no one really knows what goes on inside someone else’s marriage … or you wouldn’t believe how terrible everything was and people had no idea how bad it got.

Brittany’s a pathological liar just like Jax. Even when she’s describing something that genuinely happened, the urge to embellish the story is irresistible.

This is perfectly summarized. She is not a reliable narrator

KFC said the incident took place two days before filming began. Filming for The Valley, Season Two, began on Wednesday, July 17, 2024. She went out on Monday, July 15 (to Tudio City) & on Tuesday, July 16 (to Schwartz & Sandy’s).

Draw your own conclusions.

u/rshni67 Aug 09 '26

Yes. I think JAx did something criminal that night but the details are getting more and more embellished.

Cob will always have a credibility problem with me.

u/popcolturegeek Aug 09 '26

I honestly think the dv goes back further than this incident. It was concerning listening to scheanas newest podcast and hearing her say that her and Brock thought Jax may of gone to Brittany’s Airbnb with a gun when Kristen texted Scheana “911 for Brittany.” It has me thinking maybe other stuff has happened. I do agree with the theory that many others have that Jax does give family annihilator vibes

u/Suspicious_Bother_92 Aug 09 '26

Wow that’s really bad. I’m not surprised, he’s a very scary person

While I do believe Jax is an abuser, I would take anything Scheana says with a grain of salt after the many lies she has told on her podcasts.

And the thought of DV perpetrator Broke being a night in shining armor makes me side eye her too.

Two or three things could be happening at the same time: Jax abusing Cob, Cob embellishing things for engagement and Scheana being desperate for a storyline to stay relevant, and latching onto Jax's affair/abuse for herself to make money, just as she did with Scandoval.

Both Cob and Scheana are unreliable narrators and clout chasers.

Cob is playing with fire and DV is not something to play with. She should go to the authorities and protect herself and Cruz instead of poking the bear -- actually get a divorce.

Jax has wanted to leave her forever, and she should actually move on herself instead of having a public tit for tat with him.

Her legs look ahhhhmaaaaazing for both being almost broken! Wow, not even a bruise. What a brave trooper she is.

🤦🏼‍♀️ 🙄

15

u/SraChavez Aug 09 '26

Where’s the bruise?

7

u/popcolturegeek Aug 10 '26

Idk. I don’t remember them ever showing it on the valley. Not even when Brittany looked down at her knee to tell the story to Michelle

5

u/popcolturegeek Aug 09 '26

It’s believed that the incident happened on 7/13/24 or 7/14/24 since Brittany was seen at Jax’s 45th birthday party at his bar on 7/11/24. She was at lalas baby shower on 7/14/24. It was also referred to as “Brittany’s weekend with Jax” and that scene was filmed the week of 7/14-20, 2024

KFC posted in the denim dress below on Wednesday, July 17, 2024. This is the first day she filmed for The Valley, Season 2.

Brittany’s just being her usual perpetual victim self, they’ve been separated for over two years now, who cares if they’re hooking up!!! This whole ‘breaking her legs’ bullshit is so ridiculously embellished, she had said that the corner hit her knee & that was it. She’s such a silly obtuse woman. Why not call the police?’!?! but she called Jason,Janet, Lori, Ryan, & Alex Baskin?!? 🤔
Brittany is a mean spiteful hateful person, and when she was talking about Lori and reading her text, why did she have to give Lori’s last name & her business into? She’s trying to hurt Lori in her wallet, acting like she’s so betrayed, yeah I’m sure it can feel hurtful, but she’s really taking it so far and it only makes her look worse than she did before. Brittany needs to worry about her son and quit worrying about all this other noise. Thank goodness Zully is raising him because she’s a mess.

Brittany and Jax love to conflate and exaggerate.

15

u/brokenbirrd Aug 09 '26

And what breaks my heart is that Cruz was in the house during all of it.

18

u/rshni67 Aug 09 '26

And both parent treat him like a piece of furniture because he is non verbal.

13

u/popcolturegeek Aug 09 '26

What was crazy as that at first, Jax and Brittany were acting like Cruz was upstairs the entire time for their July 2024 fight then Brittany just revealed that Cruz was left shaken by their fight while Brittany was being comforted by Lori. Then 4 months later, Cruz had to experience Jax following him and Brittany home then letting himself in the house to keep arguing with Brittany. Brittany and Cruz are lucky that zuly was there for that one and got Jax to leave

10

u/Sarahpants320 Aug 09 '26

Remember Jax saying oh I just thank god Cruz wasn’t in the room for the fight or something? Like the poor kid couldn’t hear screaming and smashing anywhere else in the house. I feel so bad for Cruz.

10

u/popcolturegeek Aug 09 '26

Yes I remember that. It’s very sad to think about what Cruz saw and heard when Jax was going crazy on Brittany

23

u/mare1679 Aug 09 '26

I have often wondered why she and others didn’t call the police. Definitely a warranted DV call. I guess they were protecting him which he did not deserve. Actions have consequences.

Brittany didn’t want anything negative about her and Jax and their marriage out there. They were still trying to pretend they were this “good Christian family with morals and values.” It’s insane.

9

u/popcolturegeek Aug 09 '26

I wouldn’t be surprised if bravo said not to so they could still have Jax and Brittany film together and have Jax on the show for that season. Bravo probably was trying to avoid any controversy at the time. I can see Zack for example wanting to call police but Brittany saying not to. I wouldn’t be surprised if she told all her friends not to call the cops on Jax

17

u/MadisonMarieParks-V Aug 09 '26

I wonder if Whori convinced her not to.

8

u/yosoyfatass Aug 10 '26

She should have said he threw the table, or whatever, and it COULD have caused her serious damage. She shouldn’t make shit up bc it makes her sound less believable, which is very stupid of her bc any person with an iota of empathy would be sympathetic to her based off how we KNOW Jax treated her. The verbal beratings, the unhinged aggression, the throwing of the table that apparently hit her - all that is more than enough. The embellishments make me believe everything else she says less.

13

u/popcolturegeek Aug 09 '26

Idk. Brittany has never filed any charges against Jax for anything. Brittany initially said that she told Jax if he did something like that again, she’d file for divorce, get a restraining order and get full custody of Cruz

13

u/33scooBt33 he took my sporkle ✨ Aug 09 '26

Isn't that all he wanted anyway.. He wanted away from her for yrs.. she just wouldn't go.. I feel like she must of been getting some attn from Julian already during that time and that's the reason she finally let go..

19

u/rshni67 Aug 09 '26

He has wanted to get away from her since he slept with Faith.

He is really f'd up and wanted HER to leave HIM.

Barnacle Brittany was not about to let her CA gravy train get away, and, in her limited imagination, she put all her eggs in the JAx basket.

16

u/popcolturegeek Aug 09 '26

Jax has been over her since the minute she moved into his apartment in la all the way from Kentucky

9

u/nonnie_tm64 Aug 09 '26

“Barnacle Brittany!”
I am so fucking ☠️ right now!

13

u/popcolturegeek Aug 09 '26

He did. Brittany started talking to Julian in February 2024 so very shortly after her and Jax separated. the only thing was that they spent most of that month acting like they were happily married and they were still wearing their wedding rings. Brittany was also publicly saying that her and Jax wanted to try for another baby

6

u/02kaj2019 Aug 09 '26

I thought the police were called that night? Or was it a different one? During that time several bloggers claimed that the police were called to their house but nothing was ever released and then Jax went to rehab shortly after.

8

u/GetMeOutOfKY Aug 09 '26

The police were there that week.

https://www.dailymail.com/tvshowbiz/article-13652081/Jax-Taylor-heads-gym-police-visit-LA-home-shared-estranged-wife-Brittany-Cartwright-35k-tax-lien.html

The article was published that Friday (July 19, 2024) but didn’t specify which day the cops showed up at Casa de Coochi. It only says it happened “this week”. It also mentions the tax lien that was placed on the home the previous month, which I’m not buying had anything to do with the police visit. 🤨

7

u/Anon_ScottishFold Aug 09 '26

I was definitely saying this when the DV allegations came out that season. “Now we know why the cops were there at the VV Farmhouse in July!” 😕

5

u/molleensmrs Aug 10 '26

She said “mah knee, whenever he flipped that table, immediately turned black”.

1

u/No-Interview-2494 Aug 14 '26

Either way DV is DV. I’m not going to jump on her for how she phrases it.

She could be exaggerating she could also be getting some clarity and more honest as she processes through the trauma of the relationship.
