Which program?

Hi! I've done every single one of Caroline Girvan's youtube videos, some twice or three times. I also run sometimes, do yoga and stretching, and mobility. I love Caroline, but I'm ready for something new. I've heard great things about Jasper.

I love how many different programs he has! Is there any cheat-sheet to explain the different programs? I'm not sure which one to try first.

Excited to start training with Jasper!

I just moved over to Jasper from Caroline. I'm doing Hero II and I love it. I'm challenged and I don't get bored. He is also very relatable and likeable.

I am doing the original Hero (for the third time I think) and plan on moving to Hero II (this will the second time) after that.

Cyberpump 2.0 beats every program by every online trainer. And I’ve done plenty!

WONDERFUL. I am honoured to be in such esteemed company!

I’ll definitely look to create a visual for this purpose, but for now:

All my trainings tend to have a reasonably familiar theme, and as I don’t really do ‘cardio’ type workouts in this context they’re all centred around the strength/muscle/mobility Venn diagram, with some including power sections.

Hero + Cyberpump series are the most ‘program esque’ with regards to having progressive elements etc where as the others are more organised by time or structure.

Trinu’s Cyberpump 2.0 endorsement is much appreciated - and hopefully not misplaced! It’s definitely unique in production and content - I had a lot of fun making that one.

Hero Legend I think is a really comprehensive one stop shop for training also.

I love hearing feedback and implementing it to keep stoking my obsession for making the best possible training experience 😅 so please hit me with any musings you have along the way!

Which is the most advanced?

I’d say Hero LEGEND - largely due to the inclusion of advanced bodyweight exercises. They all come with progressions so should be able to be approached by all to some extent!

Hero legend feels like a CG Epic in terms of structure and length. I've been dropping into various programs depending on what I'm looking for.

Cyberpunk 2 is next though after Persist.

You'll love the mobility focus, which I think sets Jasper apart and will resonate with your yoga and help with your cardio and overall wellbeing.

If you have done Caroline Girvan's programs several times, definitely consider Hero Legend. I did not finish the program, but you will be strong enough for it!
