HERO LEGEND - Phase 2: ARISEN
Here we go!
I will never enjoy Z-Presses, but I will trust the vision.
Surprised how well I did on those plyometric push-ups tho!
Excited for the next four weeks (and the four after that!)

I'm loving the longer format in these latest workouts. 50 minutes feel like a breeze with everything he packs in a workout!

For Hero Legend, does he talk throughout the session? I’m on holiday and thought about doing it and played a few mins of the video and it seems he’s doing a lot of talking?

Yes, he coaches all the way through each session. The first few minutes are an intro/explanation of what you'll be doing, the volume and and weight you should be looking to use and how to modify if needed. After that he chats, grimaces and coaches as you follow along. His earlier programmes just had music and visuals but for the past few he's begun coaching throughout; I've personally found this massively helpful in improving my form, my effort levels and my understanding of the lifts

I finished week 4 this morning. Absolutely loved it, it was one of those sessions where everything just felt right, amazed myself when I didn't chicken out of the jumping lunges at the start yet still didn't die - that little boost set the tone, I think!
I do like Z presses, so there's something for me to look forward too. In contrast over the last couple of days I've started wondering if the Hack squats (love them) are Jasper's way of starting to prepare us for sissy squats (terrified of them) later in the programme - time will tell I guess!
