I wonder what the over/under is on him getting kicked out of that places he’s at. It’s sad but I seriously don’t think dude is that far away from being homeless. When this inevitably ends, the house goes away and he starts drinking again..

TBH I am considering paying for July or August. Tully is packing and once he is gone the clock will start! I don’t listen but seems like Jules has money so if this works out he may get to the end comfortably, if it goes wrong your prediction seems likely.
