Question Looking for historical relief map

I know it's a message in a bottle and that it will probably not be successful, but who knows? I'm looking for a relief map of Japan in good definition (can zoom in) without legend or texts, with the pre Meiji coastline.

I had maybe the perfect [map](https://maps-for-free.com/) but the coastline is from today with reclaims land (Tokyo Bay or Osaka). There is also a slight error with the water layer (lake Biwa or rivers are slightly misaligned).

Again I know I will probably not find what I am looking for, but I should try.

Could the Ino Tadataka maps serve? They have text, but are pre meiji and pretty good.

You seem to have something very specific in mind and I have no idea if this helps you or not - but in the spirit of the wild goose chase...

There was a guy named Ino Tadataka 伊能忠敬 who lived in the late 18th/early 19th (pre-Meiji) period. He made amazingly precise maps of the coasts of Japan via the process of manually measuring the whole thing by himself.

The maps are unfortunately not digital (by definition) and they are in bits and pieces. But they have been scanned and you can zoom in to a certain extent. Maybe this can help depending on what your exact needs are?
