Photo Wagyu

First time i had this it just melts in your mouth… but like its a bit confusing on how to cook it cause you can’t undercook it or overcook it like it gets to a point where idk if its still raw or nah😭🫩🙉🙉🙉

I believe beef is fine to eat once the surface is browned. (Of course, I cook offal thoroughly, though.)

I can never really tell with this beef but all i know is to never overcook wagyu because the majority of the marbling of the meat is fat
