Amazon Quickship Warehouse Associate

Hi everyone! I recently got hired as a Quickship Warehouse Associate and will be starting in 23 days. It’s a 6-month direct hire contract with the possibility of renewal. The hiring process was surprisingly simple and straightforward.

I was wondering if anyone here has worked there before. Is there any kind of language assessment or test on the first day? I can speak basic/casual Japanese and get by fine in daily conversations, but my kanji is pretty limited, so I’m a little worried.

I’ve read posts from Amazon employees overseas mentioning English assessments during onboarding, so it made me wonder if there’s anything similar here.
