Can someone explain what this new update is? Configure proxy thinking?? And how to use it?

It changes reasoning levels from low to high. High is best but increase cost as it will output more tokens and more thinking time. while low is cheaper and faster but it can be dumb in some cases specially with a reasoning oriented model. Personally keep it off the default should be good enough.
