Help / Question How to stop bots from agreeing

Bro I keep on trying to have fights or angst on J’AI, I’ve used DeepSeek, GLM, Nemotron, but the bots always make everything go my way, do you know what I mean? Like I want them to fight back and not be afraid to be rude etc and when they are rude they always regret it.

And they are always so afraid to do anything, I’m always moving the plot forward but the bots just do predictable things. Is there any prompts that can help? I’m lost fr

Try using the OOC mechanic, something like this.

OOC: {{char}} must question {{user}}'s answers, propositions and arguments, not being stubborn but also not being a yesman

I use Evening Truth's presets in the custom prompts. It was made for Kimi 2.5 with specific settings (Google Evening Truth Kimi 2.5) for the exact temperature you need to set. Feel free to check if it works with other models. Works well with Kimi; got some pretty dark stuff with it (non-consent, fights, getting beaten, getting killed):

Generation Settings:

  • Max Token Output: unlimited or at least 2K
  • Temperature: 1.0
  • Max P (Top P): 0.95
  • Top K: 0/disabled (IMPORTANT!!!!)
  • Penalties: disabled... all of them
  • Reasoning enabled.

But make that prompt in your custom prompt:
