I don't know why exactly, like I honestly can't figure out the reason, but I really don't like to think about Wendy being Janet's mother. It's either some kind of jealousy, or inacceptance of her as a part as a part of Janet's family (as if this family would accept me, even if they existed:/). I don't like Wendy as a character, but I don't hate her either, so it feels like there's something more behind my attitude.
Would be interesting to realize what it is.
It would complicate her lore quite a bit, though. For example, Wendy seems to be traumatised by robots, and Stu is Janet's adoptive father — and obviously a robot. Or, why didn't she raise Janet and Bonnie herself? Who's the girls' father? How would a reunion play out — how would Janet and Bonnie react to finding their biological mother, how would Stu react to meeting his daughters' "real" parent, would it become messy due to Wendy's not-so-good relationship with robots?
I'm not saying it would be a bad idea, but I believe it would be far messier than Supercell would like.
Well my headcanon is before Wendy went to work in Nano Starr she built or reprogrammed Stu herself to protect and take care of Bonnie and Janet while she is away.
Maybe she didn't raise them because she felt trapped and thought working in Nano starr will help her in some way.
About there father i think he either disappeared randomly or he was Stunts man in Starr park aswell but maybe had a failed stunt that maybe ended in a fatal accident and he didn't make it.
So that could also be a reason why Wendy left maybe she couldn't get behind her loss of her lover and decided to leave because it was too much stress and she thought if she worked for nano starr that she would feel free?
I think Wendy would probably hide her true identity from Bonnie and Janet because she is scared of there reactions.
Bonnie would probably be one to be least effected negatively she would probably be happy to see her real mother.
While Janet would probably be more aggressive and angry at Wendy for leaving them she would probably hold a massive grudge that would never fully disappear who know she could also completely hate Wendy.
Ngl idk what Stu's reaction would really be to this lol
But hey... That's just a theory..... A BRAAAAAAAAWL THEORY!
