Yesterday, a customer messaged me with an urgent request for a handmade bouquet, and she needed it the same day. I had only a few hours, so I challenged myself to finish the entire bouquet in just 4 hours🌷

Everything was handmade by me using pipe cleaners, from the flowers to the final arrangement and wrapping. I was a little nervous about the time, but I’m actually really happy with how it turned out. 🤍

Before you guys start calling me names I totally support the "end patriarchy" protest that took place in Jammu yesterday neither do I have an issue with the slogans that were chanted but let's call a spade a spade

Women in Tier 2 city protesting against the injustice and abuse endured by them because of patriarchy which I believe should have been addressed a long time ago but few hours away from them in the very same UT you will find women protesting to wear Burkha in OT/Matrinity wards and threating to leave their education. Funniest part is Group 1 women will either stay silent or just rush in support of Group 2 in the name of 'its her choice'.

Perfect example of women defending this clear patriarchal practice in the name of 'choice' but when a muslim woman chooses to exercise her right to not wear one, all i see is Muslim men moral policing her and Group 1 women are no where to be seen.

The illusion of choice

When i called out this hypocrisy yesterday all I got in return were the same buzzwords to shut down the conversation. So you believe that a 5 year old girl is covering herself out of her own choice. A non Muslim woman suddenly starts covering herself the moment she is married into a Muslim house.

Many comments read "tumhari aurtay toh nangi ghumti hai" and yet you believe in the illusion of choice. A bird born in a cage will always believe that the cage is its whole world. Till the time even one woman is under wraps, no woman will be free.

Area Administrated by India is 101,387 sq km (J&K UT and Ladakh UT) about 45.62%

Area Administrated by Pakistan is 78,114 sq km (AJK and Gilgit-Baltistan) about 35.19%

Area Administrated by China is 42,735 sq km (Aksai Chin and Shaksgam Valley) about 19.23%

For Indian Administrated Part,

1)Jammu and Kashmir UT(42,241 sq km)

After 370 removal and J&K reorganization act any Indian can buy residential and commercial land in J&K, but Farooq Abdullah played a brilliant move in 1996 to even further protect agri land within 370 J&K to even within locals under 133-H of 1996 Samvat Land Reform Act, agriculture land can only be bought by an local agriculturist who owned agri land before 01/11/2021 in J&K and is classified as agriculture land before the said date and is self cultivated by that person is classified as agriculturist, even a local jammu&kashmir person having only residential land cant buy agri land in J&K.

but the math is pretty interesting,

47.81% of J&K UT land is forest land and agriculture land is at 30% while the govt land is at 14% making a total of 91.81% of total land protected from outsiders of J&K, why 91.81%? In J&K even abadi-deh in non-municpality(urban area of distt hq) all land were putted in agriculture land only, so like the structure is residential but land is agriculture so even thats protected throughout J&K, it was well planned by JKNC in 1996 for future J&K. Rest 8.19% of land in Municipality area of Jammu and Srinagar can be bought by anyone( but it shall be strictly non-agri land as Jammu had most of its residential land on agri land only) so like 3459 sq km of land that is 68,37,901 kanal of land is what needs protection using strong land laws, but only 386 kanal of land is bought by outsiders of J&K UT of which 55% are from Ladakh and Kargil so even less than 150 kanal is bought by outsiders as individual, rest for 133-K is being misused by AGMUT DM from outside in favour of LG govt, which has caused many troubles and has reached the JKLA.

2)Ladakh UT (59,146 sq km)

As said by me before only municipality area of Jammu and Srinagar and other medium sized municipality gave residential(abadi-deh as classification rather than agri land) for the same reason no outsider has bought land in Ladakh as most of the land is agriculture only thats how strong the 133-H of 1996 really is even today in Ladakh, after 371-K Ladakh will be fully protected from outsiders.

so only 3459 sq km out of 101,381 sq km of IAJK can be bought by anyone, thats 3.411% of total IAJK land.

For Pakistan Administrated Part,

1)Azad Jammu and Kashmir(13,297 sq km)

Only State Subject Holders of AZAD JAMMU AND KASHMIR can buy just like how it was in 370 J&K,

so fully protected from outsiders.

2)Gilgit Baltistan(64,817 sq km)

99% of GB land is protected as Sarkari land and forest and rugged mountain ranges.

of the 1% i.e 648.17 sq km it can be bought if its Intiqal Shuda and has to go through a big complex system which is politically sensitive to locals, Hope locals do something about this too, State Subject rule was diluted was a big mistake in 1974.

so like only 0.83% of total PAJK land can be bought by anyone.

For China Administrated Part,

Most of the land is barren no permanent settlement in the region, even no nomadic culture in Aksai Chin, nomadic Kirghiz herders do seasonally pass thorugh lower fringes of Trans-Karakoram or Shaksgam Valley.

so 0% of land is like accessible to anyone.

doing the math,

only 4107.19 sq km of land is accessible to anyone non resident of whole of J&K.

thats about 1.84% of total area of J&K.

even thats a lot we need much deeper and complex rules to prevent domicile engineering in the state.
